This Year's National Safety Stand-Down

We recently participated in the "2022 National Safety Stand-Down to Prevent Falls in Construction" event put on by OSHA, because here at Zlotnick Construction, we believe in the importance of a safe and healthy construction site. The event focuses on fall safety from recognizing fall hazards to fall prevention.

The Chronicle released their Best of 2021 Readers' Choice Award edition over the weekend, and for the second year in a row, Zlotnick Construction has been voted Best Builder/Contractor in Eastern Connecticut. To everyone who voted, we thank you for your support and look forward to serving you for many years to come.

Groundbreaking at Citizens Block

The groundbreaking ceremony for the Town of Vernon Citizens Block renovation project took place this month. Zlotnick Construction is serving as general contractor for the $1.2 million project.

Westledge Apartments Phase I Opening in May

04/14/2021

Phase I of Westledge Apartments is slated to open to new residents this May. Working with client PD Properties and KML Architects, ZCI broke ground on the Norwich, CT multi-building apartment complex in late 2019. Phase II construction is underway.

Once all phases are completed, Westledge Apartments will include four three-story apartment buildings made up of two- and three-bedroom units.
