George founded the company after returning from combat in World War II. He was a member of the 17th Airborne Division and jumped behind enemy lines in Wesel, Germany in 1945 as part of Operation Varsity.
He is 94 years old, and still asks to operate equipment, and about the projects the company is working on. His work ethic and morals have set the foundation for the principles and core values for which the company is operated today.
George loves spending time with his family, grandchildren and friends.
Gregory G. Zlotnick
President & CEO

Greg has worked with the company since he was a child. He has over 55 years experience in the industry and oversees all operations of the company. In his time as President and CEO he has steadily grown and led the company to be one of the most respected contractors in the region.
Greg enjoys spending time with his family, telling jokes, cooking, golfing, and fine tequila.
Peter G. Zlotnick

Peter began with the company as a laborer and has transitioned to his current position overseeing administrative aspects of the company, including accounting, estimating, marketing, and operations.
He also proudly serves in the CT Air National Guard, flying the C-130 Hercules.
Peter enjoys spending time with his wife Karyn and their 95 lb. puppy Leo, his family and friends, golfing, traveling and anything aeronautical.

Gregory has been operating equipment since he was a young boy, and as such, appropriately leads the company’s sitework division. He has steadily grown the company’s inventory of equipment, sitework related revenues, and has implemented state-of-the-art heavy/civil GPS and estimating technologies.
Gregory enjoys spending time with his Australian Shepard Annie, who frequently joins him onsite, his family and friends, fishing and golfing.

Joe’s experience in construction has been focused on estimating residential and commercial projects. Prior to joining Zlotnick, he led estimating operations for a regional drywall contractor. He is responsible for all aspects of estimating and business development for Zlotnick.
Joe enjoys biking, skiing, camping, hiking, traveling, automobiles and listening to jazz and classic rock music.
Lisa has worked in nearly all departments of the company. Currently she manages accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and the company’s I.T. infrastructure.
Lisa enjoys visiting her family, camping and vacationing in North Carolina.
Michael J. McConnell
Mike began working for a regional flooring company before gaining employment at Zlotnick. He has worked as a Carpenter, Superintendent, and is now a Project Manager for the company.
Mike enjoys spending time with his family at their cabin in upstate New York where he hunts, fishes and snowmobiles.
Estimator & Project Manager
B.S. Construction Management, 2008, Central Connecticut State University
Tom began working with his family’s company sweeping floors and then became a foreman before taking on the responsibilities of Estimator and Project Manager. Those skills have served him well as he is now a versatile team player for Zlotnick, working in both roles.
Tom enjoys cooking for his family and friends, shooting sports, and at one point ran his own Martial Arts school.
